Head of Service Delivery at Fry, based in London. I worked on Haiku from the beginning helping to grow and shape it into the service that it is today, so I have a lot of historical information about the project. More recently, I have been focusing my time more on our rapidly growing business as a whole whilst maintaining a special interest in the Haiku project.
